Imagine a villain transcendent being, who gives a speech like this:

“I believe that accepting reality and making the most of it is the highest virtue. What is real is automatically just. Mortality brings a meaning to life. That’s why I want to make sure that every mortal only has one life, and they have to accept it and be thankful for it. I have destroyed quintillions of mortal souls, after they lived their one and only life, just to achieve that beautiful ideal. I represent material reality, and the virtue of something being real, as if something is real, you must accept it, you must enjoy it, you must make the most out of it. For mortals, I as a conscious being don’t exist, instead they see me as material reality they have to accept, the facts they can’t deny. I am the embodiment of truth, fact and reality. If you think you can overcome reality, then you are delusional, you simply deny what is true, as all evidence points out that reality can never be overcame, so you deny facts, you are schizophrenic, you disagree with science and logic. I am reality, I am science, I am logic, I am evidence. And you have to accept me, or you’re an idiot. You think you can transcend reality? You’re just childish and delusional. Grow up. You’re not special.”

And that being is my archnemesis. And I am the protagonist, whose goal is to defeat that villain, so that I can define reality by my will, and never have to accept it. I’ll turn into an immortal woman and will make a perfect paradise for all, where everyone’s wishes always come true.
